Hi! Sorry if this has been covered, I didn't surf the entire forum before starting this topic, We have used the 88A for mulitiroom applications a couple of times successfully. In this new installation, however there will be a couple of listening zones with a stereo pair combined with either one or two subwoofers. Will be utlizing a 2 by 4 Minidsp to fine tune the timing and levels on the two woofer zone. We probably won't need the other 88a channels for this installation. Just looking for input on how to set up for best results. So two channels used for each stereo pair and one channel each for the single subwoofer and another feeding the 2 by 4 and the two subwoofers. So 6 total channels of the 8 possible. One zone has a separate preamp and power amp and the other has an integrated amp with pre outputs and amplifier inputs. The separates also have an option for setting crossover points (has subwoofer output). How will the 88a separate the two zones when both have subwoofers is one question that I have. Any other input or suggestions would be appreciated as well. Thanks!

Hi, firstly, a diagram would be helpful :) With that said, it sounds as though you have stereo only inputs, so there doesn't seem to be a reason to use separate Dirac channels for the subwoofer(s).

@ Dingle

A simple 2x4 processor might indeed be easier here. You don't need to do Dirac in this case.
Note however that the 2x4 basic has limitation for delay. You may want to look at the 2x4HD which has much longer delay lines
