I finally got everything to work with my DDRC-88A. Just having a lot thoughts on the UMIK calibrationfile. I´ve got my main speakers above my screen. So they are even higher then the surround wich is placed 60cm above ear level.

Either the 0 degree calibration or the 90 degree calibration file will be optimal. A 45 degree file would be better for me. Is there anyway I can the this solved? Or is the very small changes in these files so I wont be able to hear any difference?

Which file would be the best choice if the speakers are 45 degrees relative to microphone?

ALL of the speakers are 45 degrees wrt the microphone?

There is a program available that will generate a 45 degree calibration file. I forget the details but you can try a search, it's here somewhere...

Failing that, I'd be inclined to use the 90 degree file anyway. You can adjust the target curve if desired, in this case shelve it a little above 10 kHz.
