I have a Wyred 4 Sound STI500 which I input a Pioneer N50 network music player & also a Yamaha 3900 (using the HT bypass feature of the STI500) which handles Blu Ray, Roku & Sat connections.
I Can use a 22DA between the N50 & Sti500 or perhaps the 22A on the W4S using the loop through functionality.
Not sure how a 88A could work here & if it would be as good on musix as the 22series.
Also is an appropriate connector simply RCA to XLR or something more? The STI 500 has a balanced XLR input.
Any help here much appreciated.

No haven't had a reply. But have now read a lot more & will probably go for the 22d followed by a DAC rather than use the internal DAC of the 22DA

Thanks

@ Mike,

Sorry for that. If you already have a DAC and been used to its sound, have already matched it to your DSP structure, it's indeed easiest that you just go for the DDRC-22D. It's the easiest to add to an existing chain we believe.
