New user MINIDSP / SERIES DIRAC, I encounter a problem validating the DIRAC LIVE license.
The USERNAME and PASSWORD are not recognized at the time of validation of such information.
The serial number read in the MINI DSP has been validated in the section DIRAC LIVE ACTIVATION PROCESS, and I have scrupulously followed the guidelines concerning the name User and Password.
Precision: I had previously installed on my iMAC a test version of DIRAC LIVE (with AUDIVARNA), but I have uninstalled before installing this demo version DIRAC Mini DSP.

I'm wondering why you say it is a demo version (mis-translation)?

There is a page where you can log in to remove previous validations. It sounds like this is not the issue but I thought I should mention it. It is linked from the miniDSP activation page, here is the direct link:

Other than that, I think this type of issue is usually handled through a support ticket via minidsp.desk.com. Unfortunately, being Friday evening now it will be a few days.

I specify you install initially on my IMAC a demo version downloaded from the website DIRAC. I then uninstalled before installing the downloaded version with the MINI DSP site (Btw as requested in the installation manual).
The link that you indicated (DIRAC LICENSE), propose to my office email address (exact ...) and a password which I suppose to be mine? (a series of asterisks). However, access is denied me during validation, regardless of the email address or password so I can go home.
So I have to wait for next week!
