Question though. Is there only ONE Dirac Calibration Tool? Because I have three different .dmg downloads for different devices, yet they all seem to create the same program.

If this is the case, I would recommend relabeling this because it is very confusing to have the same programwith three different download files. It would have saved me quite a bit of time. OTOH, if they are actually different, then they need to have different names because I've installed the same program apparently 3 different ways multiple times and still have just a single program.

John,

There is indeed only one Dirac Live calibration tool version.
Not sure what you're referring to here as none of our customers had any issues. :-( Maybe you simply downloaded 3times the file.. :-)
I don't know if it's technically possible to install 3 times the same software under Mac OSx, at least we've never seen such thing here. maybe screenshot would help..

:( I have just bought DDRC-88a. Licensed and verified and definitely connected.
Cannot get Dirac Live to actually open (MacBook Pro). have downloaded three times
Stuck on the edge of running the microphone and have no idea of how to actually open Dirac Live Calibration tool with this piece.
I have run it on my server at home for 5 months - perfectly, so I do know how it works.
It is like it is just not there!
Help?

Since I cannot get this to run on my MacBook Pro - can I just use the Windows version for Mac? Will this kill my licensing and make me start all over?

@ TinaCShea,

Let's see how we can help. Not 100% sure what you mean by:
"Stuck on the edge of running the microphone and have no idea of how to actually open Dirac Live Calibration tool with this piece."

Please show us some screenshot. Installation of the .dmg file included inside the Dirac Live zip file is as per any MAC install (i.e. drag&drop to programs). Once installed, it will showcase as a program in your Mac (e.g. spotlight).

Also what does "I have run it on my server at home for 5 months ". Are you talking of "Dirac Live bought from Dirac.se webstore?" The software are completely different so maybe the issue here. You must use our Dirac Live .dmg file that can be found under your user downloads.
