Trying to get this working for first time today, have the latest software downloaded, but the software simply boots then crashes back to the desktop with seconds. I see this as a bug that has been fixed on the latest version, but still happening for me. Using windows xp. Any assistance appreciated...

@ NickHS,

This is indeed odd, we haven't seen this before. Any errors during the installation?
Licensing went fine? Any other PC available than XP? This is quite a deprecated OS with quite few service packs so not sure which one you're running here.
