cannot connect my 88a to pc

hi,

having problems in set up .

when i plug the 88 into my pc i get a pop up saying that the usb device is not recognised and has malfunctioned .

I got it to work once yesterday (just by luck ) but cant again !!!

It seems that some sort of synchronicity happens, I got strange behaviours somewhat like yours recently. Incidentally, were you trying to update your firmware at the time you got the problem?

Just to be sure, you downloaded the 88A software, and not the DDRC-22 software. They are in the same folder.

Are you trying to connect with the 88A-Utility program? Can you post a screenshot of the error message?

yeah am using the 88A- utli prog

The error message is just a generic windows usb failure message .

Not at that pc at the moment sorry
