Getting closer? I just realized that it we're still in PC only on this, so my box is a paperweight until I go back and steal my wife's computer, 100 miles away.

Hi john, I assume you're aware but anyway FWIW the Dirac Tools run fine in a windows VM. I use VMWare Fusion and Win 7. While I agree that a native Mac version will be much better, depending on your level of urgency this is something you could look into. For some perspective, in my case While I found it painful to actually pay for a Windows license :) in the long term it's paid off. I have to say, Windows keeps backwards compatibility much better than Apple does, which in practical terms means that you don't HAVE to keep upgrading the OS.
