Updating Dirac Live Calibration Tools for DDRC-22

Hi,

I have updated Dirac Live Calibration Tools for DDRC-22 in my computer following all the instructions step by step but when I have to log in, the aplication shows the next message: "Your product installment limit has been reached, please contact your vendor for more information"

Someone could help me.

Hello DrFunk,

Our guess is that maybe you did the update without being connected online OR tried to install the software on more than ONE PC (you only have a license for one PC). You can uninstall the software WHILE connected to internet and it will clear your license.

Of course that I have installed the software in the same PC than before and of course that the PC was connected to Internet and connected too to the DDRC-22D at the same time while I uninstalled the old software and while I installed the new software too.

I don't know if it was solved by chance, because the user and password that the system is working with, now it's different that the ones before updating.

How did you guys uninstall the software? Did you use Windows uninstall or the uninstaller that came with the software?

I used the entry in Control Panel > Programs & Features > Uninstall or Change a program: that's where I always uninstall software and as far as I know that simply executes the uninstaller

The DLCT uninstaller resides in the app folder. You can not use the Windows uninstall Control Panel (tested with Win 7).

What do you mean "you cannot use it" ? That is the usual way of uninstalling a program ...

In Win 7 DLCT doesn't show up in the software uninstall Control Panel, only "DDRC-88". Is this different on your computer?
