I am trying to use a Lenovo MCE remote to control the volume on the DDRC-22D but am havuing a problem. When I press Volume Up on the remote, the DDRC volume goes up - BUT tnen when I press Volume Up again, the volume goes down. It's the same - in reverse - with the Volume Down on the remote.

Any idea why it is doing this ? I need a programmable remote where I can control Windows MCE apps and the DDRC volume - any recommendations ?

Hello,

I'm guessing that you've gone through the IR remote programming correctly? If so most likely that this remote just isn't supported (i.e. SONY/Nec/Philips RC6 IR standards). Easiest remote we recommend to all our customers is the apple remote. By far the cleanest design and indeed supported.
