I am trying to update the firmware. Following the instructions perfectly. I do everything im supposed. Afterwards, i read the log and get the error

Dsp settings file not found
Panel firmware file found
Failed to receive upgrade response.

and then the remote firmware file is still there.

What does failed to receive upgrade response mean? Does that mean the update failed? Obviously my controller isnt showing lights or working either. How do i test if the firmware went through
