I am wondering if the CDSP 8x12DL will work for my needs?

I have an uncommonly complicated front stage set-up in my car.  Tweeter/4/6/8/12 in stereo. Some would call that 4 way plus subs. Or just call it 5 way. But anyway, I am using 10 active channels in my current DSP.  I know the 8x12DL has 12 RCA out - but is the 8 channels of processing an issue for me with this many channels? I do not use any rear fill. Most of the forum posts I have found are 2 or 3 way front stages so didn't run into the channel limitation.

For inputs I will need to sum multiple high level inputs with some processing to get a reasonable signal out of my stock stereo. I will also plan to use a digital audio player output for dedicated listening. I would want to use the OLED remote for control.

I run Dirac at home with a MiniDSP SHD in stereo and with a JBL processor in my theater. I love those! But this is a bit new for me with the car for Dirac as these are not full range passive speakers but active with crossovers. And needing to process the input too. Thanks!

It can do 10ch active but it does not perform summing or eq on the inputs.
So you may want to either:
1.Choose a different DSP as a single box solution
OR
2. Add a factory integration type processor prior to the DL in the signal chain for the factory headunit.  The DAP can be connected directly to the DL.
