There is a reset button next to the remote jack, but the manual doesn't mention this reset button at all. What does it do?

The reason I'm asking this is that the channel mute doesn't seem to work properly. Event without any routing I get signal on channels 7 and 8. Channels 3 and 4 have sound also (not noise) even when full mute is on...
I reached out to support and went through steps including flash dump which I sent to them, but they've gone silent on me... I'm running an 8x12 V2 NO DIRAC plugin 1.6 firmware 2.6 Any help would be greatly appreciated |
