I just installed my C-DSP in a new to me vehicle today, in my previous vehicle I was able to use RCA inputs to the DSP, but in this vehicle I cannot remove the factory head unit, so have to use speaker level input after the factory amplifier.

When powering up the DSP, the sound is incredibly muffled and quiet. Are there any settings in the plug in that need checking for speaker level inputs? Could the internal switches need changing? While I know how to change them, how do I know if I need to change them? Currently they are at the default setting of 8VRMS. The car is a 2015 Volvo V60.

I tested using a DAP and RCA and get plenty of volume, so the issue must be something with the speaker level input (nothing wrong with the DSP). I'm hoping it's just a setting somewhere I'm missing.

Thanks.
