Flex EIGHT Dirac Live upgrade
Dirac Live 3.x Upgrade for the miniDSP Flex Eight series, Stereo channel license Array
This software package is an infield software upgrade to update a miniDSP Flex EiGHT unit with a Stereo Dirac Live 3.x license. Note, this package does NOT include the cost of the miniDSP Flex EIGHT platform.
The activation of a Dirac Live license is a "manual" process that typically requires 24-48h during "working hours" from Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm HK Time zone. Thanks for your patience.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The UMIK-1/2 are measurement microphones approved by Dirac Research and not included in the price of this upgrade. Knowing the major effect a wrong calibration/measurement would have on the final results of Dirac Live tuning, we strongly recommend that you select a UMIK-1/2 microphone together with your platform for a plug&play experience leading to best results. Any issues related to 3rd party microphones such as ASIO/USB audio driver incompatibility/Latency problems or incorrect calibration process will not be under our support structure by our support team.
Activating Dirac Live

If you have not activated Dirac Live, the following screen will appear after you confirm in response to Convert to Flex Eight (DL):

If you have not already, purchase the Dirac Live upgrade from our website.

Click on the button "Copy Activation Code to Clipboard". Send an email message to our support team with the subject "Flex Eight (DL) Activation Request".
Paste the activation code into the body of the email message.
- When you receive a response with an attached file, save the file to your drive. Click on LOAD FROM FILE and select that file, then press ACTIVATE.
