Hello.

I can see the USBStreamer in the System Profiler under the USB hub but it doesn't show up as a usb device.
We bought this device years ago and never updated the firmware.
We are a university, ther person that bought the device is not working here anymore.
When I try to access the User Download there is nothing in the USB streamer section.

How can I install the tool to check my firmware and install it?

It was working yesterday, today it doesnt. I don't know why. I tried to reset the PRAM, use another USB port, nothing will do. Please help. Thank you.
