Device manager has yellow "!" & says drivers for this device are not installed.
Any ideas?

If I remember correctly It shouldn't have to install the driver since it is standards compliant for UAC1, Win7 already have one. It doesn't show up in Control panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Sound -> Recording either?

@ Troykreft,

You indeed shouldn't need any drivers. Few tips and tricks of potential reasons:
- USB port isn't plugged all the way. Most common on first time use. You really need to push all the way.
- Have a try at a new USB cable just in case
- Make sure that you don't have a Hub or very long USB cable.

Keep our team updated by email if you're still having issues.
