How would you get the correct gain after replacing the PCB ? The new PCB has the dipswitches sent like 1 0 0 and the old PCB had 1 1 1 .
Even if the dipswitches on the new PCB is set to 1 1 1 , how do you ensure that we get the right SPL level during measurements?
Is it the sensitivity factor in the beginning of the Calibration file, or something else.
How should people do to get the exact same (and correct) SPL readings with the new PCB ?

In answer to your question, if you're happy with the current gain of the UMIK-1, then keep it the way it was on the older board. i.e. 0dB gain.
If you want to increase the sensitivity, then you can indeed set the DIP switch like the new PCB 1 1 1. You'll just have to update your calibration file with the correct offset (i.e. +12dB). For example, -15 dBFS in sensitivity value in calibration (old PCB, no gain) to -3dBFS in sensitivity (new PCB configured with +12dB gain).

Makes sense? Let us know if you need further help. Happy to help.
