I'm not able to download the cal file from the page www.minidsp.com/products/acoustic-measurement/umik-1

Entering the serial number in the form xxx-xxxx and pressing Submit results in no action. I've tried Chrome, Firefox, and Safari on OSX 10.6, and IE 8 (I think) on Win 7.

I'm just wondering if anyone else was able to download the cal file...?

John,

This script was just added to this page less than 1h ago. We're working on fixing an issue on it. You're just faster than us. :-)

For the time being, just use the link www.minidsp.com/images/umik/Umik-1/XXXXXX.txt
where XXXX is the serial number of your mic.

Hoping this info helps.

I am trying to download a calibration file for my UMik-1 and when I do I get the message

"NOT Found.
The requested document was not found on this server.
Web server at minidsp.com"

I tried the method you listed above and got the same message.

Any help with this matter would be appreciated.
Thanks,

Ok, have a try again. The server didn't synch the files correctly before. Thanks for your patience.

I've owned a UMIK-1 Measurement Mic for a while. Previously I was able to download the calibration file from your website. This time I tried downloading it again but it wouldn't let me. It keeps saying, "Calibration data for UMIK 707-0026 not found. Please check your serial number and try again.'

My Serial Number is 707-0026

I hope you can help
