I have purchased the UMIK-X 16 and I have set up the A2B links as it is shown on the tutorial but only the first 4 channels are active with the LED. The other 12 channels do not show up and the LED is not active.

Is there a software change I need to do?

Thanks

Same issue here. Both "mic boards" work if I switch which one is directly connected to the USB interface. Only the one connected directly is working.

I'm having the same problem, looks like a support ticket is the way to go.  I decided to post anyway because of how my situation got a little weird.  I have two arrays/8 channel and only the first one worked, I tried switching which unit was first and it didn't matter--both worked by themselves but not when used together.  A couple of days later, I thought I'd try a different power supply, the one I was using was good for 2A but went with a heavier duty one just to test. This time, the 2nd one worked!  But not the first one.  So ticket time.
