UMIK-1 USB device not recognized anymore 2 years 6 months ago #46073

The device stopped working on the third day of use ... I have connected it with its original cable and with others shorter that I have tested without getting any computer to recognize it, it is connected making sure that the connector enters completely. On December 20 I contacted them by support (ticket) to explain my problem and to date I have not received an answer, for that reason I ask that my request for support with high priority be answered.
