I am trying to tune my system today and went to download the calibration file. It tells me: "Calibration data for UMIK 704-9102 not found. Please check your serial number and try again."

I have seen some others get assistance here by posting.

The - is not part of the SN, just input three digits into the first box, four into the second.
I have compared a couple of UMIK's to Lab gear, they are really quite good, so I would plough ahead and get some practice with the Cal process. It won't be far off at all.
