Hello, just received my UMIK-1 and I want to mount it on my tripod. My tripod has a 5/8" end. I bought an adapter and the 5/8" end fit perfectly but the 1/4" didn't fit the bottom of the UMIK mic holder. It appears to be 3/8" but that could definately be off. What size is it so I know what size adapter to order?

Thanks for your help!

Just in case anyone else comes looking for the size, it's 3/8" with a 16 thread.

you can take that brass insert out with a screwdriver, then the holder will screw on to a standard mic stand.
