I hope someone here can help or direct me to a more appropriate location.
Dirac gave me a link to dnld DIRAC Live 1.x with beta AU & VST plug-ins. This is the stand-alone software version. I have everything installed as instructed & the VST set up in JRiver MC 24. I can see that the UMIK-1 is working in the Mac System Preferences > Sound section. I see active VU meters. In DIRAC the setup went OK except tat I don't seem to have any mic input. If I run the test it errors & states that the record level is too low. I have the 0 deg calibration file loaded. I am at a loss to know why DIRAC isn't getting audio from the mic. DIRAC offers no technical support for the beta release. I am not experienced in this stuff & don't know where to start looking for the problem. Using a Mac Mini on Mojave, JRiver MC 24 .
Tried using REW with the same result. The only place I see mic input is in the mac system preferences > sound.
Thanks,
Kev
