I recently picked up a umik-1, downloaded the calibration file, and took measurements using REW.

However, it appears that it is incorrectly calibrated.

If I cut out all output signal (i.e., sound is muted), it still measures a lot of <200hz signal.
Here is the SPL and waterfall graphs when output is muted: imgur.com/a/9xJvU

Did I miss some step besides loading the calibration file? Is there anything else I need to do in order to measure? As it is, I cannot tell what my bass decay actually looks like since it shows 2000ms decay without any signal at all.
