I compared Umik1 with DPA4090 and CM10(Audio control) polartity test by use Systune.

cm10 and 4090 was positive impulse. (green, blue)
But umik(yellow) was reversed.

I think umik is negative polarity.
Is it true?

Noboby answer?

I just checked withuse polarity checker.
(GALAXY AUDIO CRICKET-S/R)
1. Play pulse signal from checker to recorder (Windows recorder+UMIK1)
2. connect UAX220 XLR output to Checker input.
3. Play the recorded file withuse UAX220 audio interface
4. Result >>>> Out of polarity.

It means UMIK XLR Pin3=Hot/ Pin2=Cold

Hello Konkova,

Really sorry for missing your initial thread! We'd be happy to investigate with you.
Feel free to start a tech support ticket here (minidsp.desk.com) and we'll be able to track your issue easily. Forums aren't always easy for us to track an issue and not miss a post in the many we receive daily.

Sounds good.
