vmbray Offline New Member Posts: 9 Thank you received: 0	My units had both lost their real serial numbers and tech support sent me a procedure to fix that and write back the correct serial. After doing both of them they are showing up correctly on WiFi, could be a coincidence or may have fixed it. Fake serial number shown was 65535 in case yours is doing that maybe this would help.
