Well, got the unit recently, and although I'm pleased, it doesn't do the job so far.

MacBook Pro -> U-DIO8 -> Genelec Monitors.
When I configure the speakers within the interface, I get the correct sound.
The device is set as default audio output.

I also get sound when I run Netflix, but not 5.1 (the Dolby logo doesn't appear either).

I runNetflix on Safari, using Adobe Flash. Netflix is configured within Safari to work with Flash.

Anyone can help?

If the Dolby logo doesn't appear on the source device then the source is probably not Dolby encoded or is not being properly decoded in your computer. Netflix has a help page at I'm not getting 5.1 surround sound. Hope that helps? Ali.

The Netflix Windows app support 5.1 and 7.1. However, Netflix doesn't have an app for Apple, so surround is not an option in that environment. The following user(s) said Thank You: devteam
