Hello,
I returned a opendrc Di in 17/1/22 but Audiophonics does not get the phone and don't answer. I think they don't want to accept returns.
I call but I don't know if the phone exists.
Gls is also calling
This is a fraud.

Is got phone and address from Audiophonics but both were incorrect

Normally you need to contact a company to agree a return before sending something back. Did you?

I've not used Audiophonics myself but they're well-known and I very much doubt they're acting fraudulently. 

Have you tried to contact them via their ticket system?

Made very good experience with Audiophonics.
Customer service was very responsive.
As part of a larger order, one jack connector was delivered wrongly, they reimbursed promptly,
and I was able to keep the wrongly delivered jack connector.

Hi,
I sent the tracking number and after more than 2 weeks, the parcel is now here again.
I have called 8 times with no answer and in a mail he sends the same number again.
In my case this is a fraud, I returned in time and now I don't know if this time he will collect the parcel,
This is MY experience
