I can't get the Nano Digi to play music.
I had the remot (from Minidsp) moving volume up and down but no sound.
I now get a Must Connect To the Board,,,,, (which I am connected to) when I try to get the remote to learn.

Volume moves up and down again without sound but Remote learning still says Remote Learning Failed.
Very frustrating. How many people actually give up on this nanodigi. I ran a DSP for five years and bough this because it has digital outputs. I see no output after six hours fighting with it.

Could it be because I'm using non-oversampling DACs?

I would think not.

Go to the 'Hardware' section and post an RFI from the DevTeam.

Are you sure you didn't press the 'Mute' button on your remote, whilst you were getting the remote to learn? (The button with a loudspkr and a line through it.)

No I haven't had the mute selected.
This thing just doesn't work or the plugin didn't take properly.
Absolutely no help from customer service.
My business has been built through answering the phone. The globalistic millennium attitude is very rude.
The proof will surface over the next few years.

The problem turned out to be simple but frustrating.

Orientation was one thing that should be spelt out,,, maybe by choosing to say "Output 1 channel A & B, Output 2 channel A & B, Output 3 channel A & B, Output 4 channel A & B". This would be a big help.

But equally as frustrating is that the Nanadigi needed to be unplugged to reboot in order to play sound.
This sort of thing needs to be stated somewhere, and is why I'm stating this now. I know it'll help many.

One ongoing problem I still have is that a slight bump of my computer, the USB cord or the Nanodigi brings on static noise that won't go away until the unit stops playing and again needs to be rebooted. I haven't the time to send an email to the company and wait and hope for a reply.

As stated above, communications are very poor to nonexistent.
So unless they read this and want address the static issue I'll journey on with this less than perfect unit I have.
