TOPIC: MiniDSP SHD Studio Order Assistance...

To Whom it May Concern/Whomever Can Help:

I made a purchase of the "miniDSP SHD Studio" via their website on 09/23/19...and via their site only note that my order was listed as
"Completed" and well as "Delivered"...

HOWEVER...I have received NO e-mail indicating either the delivery date or carrier, NOR have I received the product...when I attempted to contact them via "2 CHECKOUT"...regarding my order, they referred my back to "www.miniDSP.com. !?!?!?....

So, what gives, and/or, who to I contact in order to determine what is going on with my order?

Thank you! After I posted this message/query, I did attempt to request help via the "Tech" department, because that is all I could find to contact...

NOT sure if that is the correct way in...I will again attempt to reach them...I surely wish that there was a more direct way to reach them with concerns...problems...

Lol...I realize in this day and age of the internet that THAT mode of communication seems to be the most efficient and expedient form of communication, however, some time ago, prior to the relative universality of the internet, there was the telephone, where people could actually talk to each other, in REAL TIME...!....lol...

It could frequently save much time and trouble...
