I have noticed that there was a faint electrical noise coming from my unit, found out it was related to the display. it varies in strength from what is displayed and completely goes away if you set the display to turn off.

You have to do this in the plugin which only takes the "display off" changes into effect after you reset the unit. The display is always on as long as the plugin is connected.

My suggestion is to ask for a look into this issue and at least be able to connect my plugin, and close it and display off settings to apply without reset og the SHD studio.
At best fix the display noise issue.

Any input from the community is welcome, verify with your own unit and how it behaves and comment please.

It is strange that you are hearing this electrical noise from the display. Is it only from the hardware or is it feeding to the outputs as well? If the issue remains please feel free to file a support ticket with us and we can help you sort this problem out. Thank you.

Noise comes from the unit only.
Hopefully other owners will take a close listen to their own unit and report back.
