I think this has may have been mentioned, but it would be great if the volume settings for each discrete input were memorised when switching between them. So you could leave one of the inputs at a fixed gain for example, when you want to use the volume of another device, without having to constantly adjust the minidsp volume. .

This feature would also be useful to optimize the default volume setting for each source.

For example, I typically need to increase the volume of my DVD player.

Perhaps implement it as an dB offset parameter for each input? +-10dB range?
