Hi,

I purchased a miniDSP SHD shortly before you began shipping them
with a Wi-Fi dongle. I have physical Ethernet in the SHD's current
location but might someday move it to a room that only has Wi-Fi.
I want to purchase the Wi-Fi dongle, in case I later need it. However,
it is not listed as a purchasable item on your web store.

Also, please add the new updated miniDSP Remote as a purchasable
item to your web store. I've been planning to purchase a spare remote
but am very much interested in purchasing the new remote with its
added functionality. I suspect that you already plan to do so but
haven't had a chance given its recent introduction.

I'm loving the SHD and very much appreciate your continued support.

I believe you can buy and use other WiFi dongles rather than there being anything unique about the miniDSP version that means only it will work. If you search this forum I think there are threads about people doing this.

Good idea. I'd guess that the ALLO USB Wi-Fi Dongle sold on the
Volumio web site should work. But then so too might several others.

Great feedback and we indeed plan to add the new remote to the shopping cart in the coming weeks as an accessory. We'll look at the Wifi Dongle as well.

Just a shameless bump of this thread. I've been
checking several times a week for the last few weeks
to see if the new remote becomes orderable on you
web store.

If you're looking for an incentive. I've been planning
to order a set of your EARS in the same order but am
holding off until I can order all the items that I want
in a single order.

Anyhow, I know you have much more important things

Thank you miniDSP for making the version 2 IR remote
available on you web store. I placed an order Monday,
including your EARS, and received the order in the USA
today, only four days later.

I purchased a relatively new SHD but the guy didn't include the Wi-Fi dongle. I can not find it anywhere on your products site. Where can I get one?  Thx, Dan
