Ok, I got my laptop to connect to the 10x10 plug in. It says I need to upgrade my firmware. I find in the manual what to do I think, but I get stuck when I click on Open Hex files. It doesn't have any hex files listed on the screen that appears. Should it? What am I doing wrong? right above that in the manual, it says" Once the new plug-in installed, please browse to \\Program Files\MiniDSP\MiniDSP-8x8\firmware_tools\Windows". Where or how do I do that? I don't see any program files in the Mini dsp folder, just the actual program that launches the software. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
