I have just downloaded the v3 on my new Eeebox 1501 with Win 7.

No problems with win 7, just remember to enable .net, since it could be installed but disabled (mine was). I also have to run the plug-in in compatibility mode, to se boxes correct (they show up blank if not in compatibility mode).
One strange thing happend on my 3rd sync with plug-in. The gain lowered at least 12 dB, and I can't get the normal gain back. It happend just when I'm told the board was succesfully loaded.

Glad to hear that it's working as it's supposed to now.
With regards to the gain, please make sure that you didn't enable "External volume control" button and no pot connected on the correct pin (new pin out). See new minidsp user manual for more info.

Otherwise, send us your configuration by email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to see if there is anything odd about it.
