My plugin reacts very slow, and it's impossible to use the mouse, and I have to use my keyboard to input frequency, gain, Q etc.

Gain on input and output is working ok.

I use windows XP home

Latest version from our site? We haven't had any complaints on speed since the last release which improved speed.
Note that our plug-ins were never tested on winXP home though. I thought that your setup was working fine before?? Are u working from a different PC?
Please check your minimum requirements (Air install/.net version, etc)

It had the same problem with previous version, but hoped for improved reaction in the new version.

Air and .net are installed a couple of month ago (newest version at the time at download)

I will install everything on a Win7 PC this week, maybe this will improve reaction.

Mmmh, that's quite odd as we haven't had any drastic symptoms like what you describe... No sure what you mean by "impossible to use the mouse"

Would you mind giving us the specs of this WinXP PC?

If problem persist I'd recommend that you contact our tech support team so that they follow up your case.

Thanks.

CPU Sempron 3000+ 1,8 Ghz processor

Motherboard Asrock K8NF4G

Memory 1,5 gigabyte

With mouse i guess ot would take an hour to go from 20 hz to 200 herz (I'm not joking).

It doesn't matter if I use sliders or up/down arrows. My keyboard is hidden, so it would be nice if I could operate the plug-in without keyboard

Ok, About the configuration, seems that there is indeed a problem with your PC config since I've been running all these plug-ins on my tablet which is an old 1Ghz, with 512MB and it worked fine. I will add to it that operating this software requires Mouse & Keyboard.

Let's clarify a couple of things:
- PEQ: There are 2 ways to change F,Q,G: Using the Up and down arrows and using the slider below it. Up and Down arrows are only meant for few dB changes. If you need to go from point A to B, use the slider.
- LPF/HPF: There is only one way to enter the cut-off frequency and it's using the keyboard. Up and Down arrows are disabled and no work around it. If you have no keyboard, maybe you should try to install a software keyboard to be able to manually input these.

Hope this makes sense.

Sorry - didn't know that LPF/HPF sliders were disabled.

The sliders in PEQ's are very slow - also after shifting to Win 7 from XP. They work, but are to slow. When I use the mouse to drag the slider to the left or right, the response are so delayed, that I don't know where it ends.

I have no idea why the sliders are slow now? Never had any complaints on that and none of our PC platform (even down to the old 1Ghz) are showing these symptoms....

Really odd.. Will have to follow up with engineers to see what could be the reason.
Have you tried to install this software on another PC platform?

Alright, let us investigate what could be the issue. I'm assuming that you're using the latest plug-in from our website. Am I right?

Yes v.3. I installed both the PC (Eeebox 1501) and software (2.1 v3, air, .net) this week-end.
