Trust me even if you don't know me I had same behavior (and still have btw each and every time I install new release) before I change settings to launch plugin in "WinXP" compatibilty mode and running it as "admin".

did you check this twice?

In case you don't know how to do it:
on your desktop, right click on plugin icon, then click on "properties" tab and activate compatibility mode (selecting WinXP mode in the drop down box).
Select also the "run as admin" option at the bottom of this windows.

No it didn´t work.
Am I too stupid?

The settings are correct and I saved it.
But when I load it it reset itself and all the settings are lost.
I don´t know why.

But the Board is not the problem.
If I take the settings and unplug the USB it works well.

1 ) for me after the update it worked without run it as administrator or in compartibility mode

2) after i press the "refresh" button it connects and after that every change that i do work in realtime and it saved to the device without i have to do anything else .
3) the save button saves conf to your pc not to the device

Are you sure that you uninstall the previews plug in before you install the upgrade ?

Could you please describe exactly what steps you're taking with your software?
I wonder if you're actually clicking on synchronize button in the 2nd dialog box.
Please read the User manual. miniDSP Quick Start Guide is NOT intended as a manual. It's only intended to get you started. Manual needs to be read like any product.

FYI, the complete steps are:
1) Start your plug-in
2) Configure it as you wish
3) Click on the Green button to synchronize
4) Click on the Synchronize button in the second dialog box
5) Configuration will be loaded to the board automatically
6) Once connected, you indeed can't see the sync button anymore (greyed out) because there is nothing to synchronize since you're live.

All of this is clearly detailed in the manual. If there is a step that is not working please let us know. FYI, there is also no need to save anything as settings are automatically saved.

As for the good suggestions of Christian, if you're running on Vista, you indeed need to make sure that you're running the plug-in as Admin. Not doing so, you would see that jumping from one window to the other (e.g. gain to eq) could cause the EQ not to display the correct settings.

Ok, seems like it works.
I think the problem was that I didn´t delete the older version.
If you don´t there won´t be safe any change,
even if you use the new version.
