Hi, I have a miniDSP Balanced + MiniDigi combo, and am running the 2WaySub plugin. Board is Serial No 900006.

I have no problems connecting to the board and downloading config from my PC, but when I use the Mac version of the plugin, the board is detected OK, but the app locks up completely when trying to download. I have to force quit the app. Also, when i then restart the app after the crash, it thens tells me "The system settings configurations are most likely incompatible

Anyone else get this? plugin is V1.02, both pc and mac versions freshly downloaded today. I uninstalled (deleted minidsp application folder) on mac before installing new version.

Air was also updated to the latest version today.

any help appreciated.

Ben

Hello Ben,

Not sure what is the issue here but we could investigate further. Easiest is that you email us (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) the specs of your Mac (OSx version + system profile settings of the miniDSP) and we can see what could be the reason.

Email is easiest for our tech support team.
