I am having to resort to posting in the forums :-(

i purchased an unbalanced miniDSP and 2.1 plugin, last week Friday.

I have not received any confirmation from sales regarding shipping of the product or availiblity of the plugin in the "user downloads"
i did get an email stating the money was taken out of the account.

i have sent a few emails to info@minidsp and to sale@minidsp, but i have not received any responses.

can anyone shed some light on this?

As per the website, 3-5 working days before shipping. This order should have shipped this week.

Note that this week is indeed quite of a busy week for us since some of us are at the AES show in NYC.

I received the Package on Saturday.
it was basically overnighted .lol
