Dear All,

You have a technical question and wish to ask for technical support? You took some time to read the user manual? Very well, we're here to assist you! Here are few things to keep in mind:

1) Once your query posted on this forum, please allow for at least 24-72h of working hours for a reply from our technical support team. A lot of the time, we answer within a shorter time. Worth mentioning is that our team is based in Hong Kong, so if you ask a question on a Friday afternoon in USA or Europe, It simply won't be possible for us to help until at least the next Monday. :(

2) Please do not double/triple post your query on miniDSP forum/email and DIYaudio. It's un-necessary work for our team.

3) We understand that you want to get your miniDSP working but please realize that there is no such thing as a "Facebook effect" where you can get an answer to your question right away. Some questions may take time for our team time to confirm with engineers. At other times, we just get many requests so it takes longer to answer.. With this said, compared to most larger corporations who simply ignore support requests, miniDSP always works hard to answer all inquiries within a short period of time. So no worries, we'll figure it out!B)

4) Last but not least, miniDSP is a community where a lot of very knowledgeable miniDSP members are doing a great work to help! Whenever someone other than the DevTeam proposes a solution, make sure to reward them with a Karma point (or many!)! To increase the Karma of a user, press the + sign below their member ID.

Thanks for your understanding and have a fun DIY DSP experience!
