I purchased the MiniDSP 2x4HD a few days ago, and I'm up to my eyeballs trying to get the "Console" software to install. All that I am able open after entering the coupon code and going through the install procedure and loading the version 5.57 driver is the "miniDSP UAC2 Controller," which opens but appears to very limited functionality compared to the images of the "Console" in the user manual. For example, I do not see any parametric equalizer on the Controller. I've now attempted to load and re-load the firmware and software driver several times, over at least 3 hours. No tech assistance phone number or chat anywhere on the website? If anyone can help, I really appreciate it.

Official support is obtained via the Support link at the top of the page. It sounds like you haven't actually installed the Device Console software though. This is different to the UAC and firmware that you've spoken about above. The process is described in the following section of the manual but I think you've skipped step 1...
