I was having trouble getting the minidsp program to come up with the free code I got.  This is the only thing in the 2x4HD file that’s under user downloads. 
 

Following the instructions it would just tell me that my firmware needed updated so I would update it and then the program would no longer recognize the minidsp. So my brother suggested I spend the $10 for
 

I’ve waited hours. I have the confirmation of my purchase, but there is nothing new in the 2x4HD folder.  Just the only thing seen above in the first pic.  So I try downloading it again. Luckily by doing this it now recognizes the minidsp again. But still I get this message. 
 

I follow the prompts like the instructions say. I say update now in which it downloads a zip file. I extract all and go to the firmware update.  It says to search and select the file seen below. 

 

it begins the firmware update. 

 

it completes the update and the instructions say that once completed to select exit. 

 

and I’m now back to square one. The program no longer sees the minidsp.  

it shows nothing in connected devices when that minidsp is still very much connected.  How do I get the program I used a free coupon for and then spent $10 on.  I got no new download.  I don’t remember it ever being this hard.

There's a "migration notes" PDF in the package.  If you follow that step-by-step it will work.

I'm not sure why you're showing a screenshot of the 2way Advanced plugin.  That's for a completely different platform.

Dang it! I don’t know why either.  That’s not the pic I meant to attach.  This is the pic that’s supposed to be there. 

 

is the item I purchased shown here? On that same page at the bottom it shows latest version 14/03/2023 I click the windows 10/11 build link, is that what I click on? I’ve done both the download bar and that windows 10/11 with no success. 



I have followed the instructions in the pdf, but I’ll try it again.  I just want to make sure I’m downloading the correct thing, the software I purchased.
