I have recently reverted back to a DDRC-22D from a DDRC-24. But no matter what I try, I can't get my Win10 PC to connect to the DDRC-22D. I have uninstalled all DDRC software and Dirac Live software, installed the latest DDRC-22D software (1.12) rebooted multiple times, etc. I get the bridge message saying device found, then the connection timeout.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have the same issue. My DDRC-22D will no longer connect via USB. Under Windows 10 it simply says "USB device not recognized", when I plug in the USB cable. Under MacOS (I also have a mac) it doesn't give an error message, but still the DDRC-22D utility is unable to connect to the processor.

Would be great to get a solution to this!

I have submitted a ticket accordingly.

rendor Offline New Member Posts: 1 Thank you received: 0	That happened to me as well. I got around it by uninstalling the ddrc-24 and reinstalled the Minidsp 2x4HD plugin and driver and it worked.

naaitsab Offline New Member Posts: 2 Thank you received: 0	Hi everyone, the issue was resolved for me by using a shorter USB cable (my original cable was 5m -- I know the cable is ok because it works for other applications, but my DDRC-22D does not work with cables that long).
