Hi,

I am new SHD user. I can't use app to control SHD settings. I tried android and iOS version as a little different but finally can't connect it.

My SHD connect by LAN cable and mobile through wifi. I am sure ip address is correct because the SHD playing Tidal and access by browser.

I believe that you need the WI-DG device in order to control the SHD setting via IOS/Android.

I want to play music switch phase for different records.

Do you have a Wi-DG? This app is specficially for use with this - see page 33 of the SHD manual.

It's highly debatable if there is any point in doing this even if you did have an easy way of doing so.
