Hi I am having an issue connecting my DDRC-24 to the plugin. I am using a MacBook Pro running Catalina 10.15.4 When I click the connect button it fails to connect and I get the "Cannot connect to DSP, please plug in the board" message. However, I know the DDRC-24 is connected to my computer. It shows up as a device for output in the sound preferences, and I can play audio from my computer through it. For some reason it just won't connect to the plugin. I have tried turning the DDRC off and back on again, restarting the plugin, and restarting my laptop. I plugin software version and the DDRC firmware are all updated. I am not sure what else I can try.

I have the exact same issue. Did you hear back from anyone? I cannot get Dirac Live 2.0 and DDRC-24 and MAC High Sierra to work for the life of me. Seems like it’s a programming issue that needs fixing by the developer!

I did get this fixed. If you modified your hosts file, it may prevent the Minidsp from connecting to the localhost IP. To verify this in the MiniDSP plugin input 127.0.0.1 in the IP address field and then try and connect. If it connects then the problem was with your hosts file and you should change it to make sure the entry "127.0.0.1 localhost" is there and it should connect with no problem in the future.

Where do you input the 127.0.0.1? On the DDR-24 Plug-in main screen?
