Hello everyone,

I bought a minidsp SHD from a german dealer. The manual states that I have to go to www.minidsp.com/support/redeem-coupon to download the plugins.
It also says that I have to select a user download in a dropdown menu from the upper right. There I should select the plugin group "dirac series".
But there is nothing. I think this is rather the case with someone who boght directly from minidsp.

On the site itself is a dropdown menu that is called plugin group and next to it a free space to type in the coupon code.
I guess this is the right place to download the plugin?
If so do I just choose the plugin called SHD Series (SHD/SHD Studio)?
It seems obvious but the minidsp site states that there is no way to get a new coupon code if I downlod the wrong plugin. And the manual is just not explicit.

Can someone answer my questions please?
I read for hours on the minidsp website and in this forum but couldn´t find an answer.

Sorry for the confusion. The correct section to "redeem" is SHD series.

It is very unclear if the redeem code is for both the Dirac license and for the SHD filter plugins. I very much hope so?

There is no seperate Dirac licence. Dirac authentication is done by the SHD itself being identified.

I assume you've clicked on the SHD series section under User Downloads? If you can't see what you need there then you should contact support directly.

I managed to find the downloadable code under user download when I used the Microsoft Edge web browser. Before I tried several times with IE and Crome and this did not work for me. It seems to be incompability problems with some web browsers.

That's odd, as I can download the SHD plugins OK with Chrome. Glad you've got it sorted though .

I just got my SHD yesterday, I followed the instructions to download the drivers but nothing is showing up for me. What am I doing wrong? Windows 10, I have tried Chrome, edge, but there is nothing to download under user downloads.

Give it 2 or 3 days. Should appear soon.

This question is for the devteam. Why does it take so long to push out the software? 2 or 3 days seems a little bit extreme... I was looking forward to using my day off to get everything up and running.

I emailed support (via ticket) with my serial number when I first got my SHD and got reply back within a few minutes with link to downloads.

I don't remember waiting at all. It certainly wasn't days.

Yeah, it shouldn't take a couple days to start enjoying some new kit,. That's a little off putting.

What I meant was that for me it may have been instant so there could be an issue for you. I'd contact support if you haven't already.
