Hey guys.

Firstly, thanks for your timely delivery of my miniDSP and software... Very excited.

I have searched the threads for people with a similar issue but havent found any, if there is please refer me to that to save yourself time...

I have followed your instructions in regards to PC setup and connection steps.

Win7 (updated AIR + .net) has found the board and your software has also ( 4 way advanced)

The only thing plugged in is the usb cable from my PC.

I pressed the sync button and selected sync and update.

I have the "loading, please wait etc" banner up, but it hasn't changed in about an hour??

The blue light is flashing once every second with no change?

So....

1. Does this take that long normally?

2. If not, should i stop and restart the process?

3. If so, whats the best way to do this, I don't want damage the board.

OK... Sorted, you must love these ones....

Hit alt-f4 and closed software.

Restarted and ran again.
Worked this time?!?!

I will keep you up to date if any more probs.

Hi Dean,

Not sure why it wasn't synching the first time but it's definitely not supposed to take 1 hour!
Only 3 to 4 sec sounds about right.

Interesting, was just coming here to post the same thing. Sat here for about 15 minutes waiting for it to sync, then saw this thread. Alt F4, reload, resync, 5 seconds.

Odd.
