in a stereo set up the 0deg file and the umik-1 in vertical position is this the correct way?

in a stereo set up the 0deg file and the umik-1 in vertical position is this the correct way?

The 0° file is for the microphone horizontal and facing a speaker, whereas the 90° file is for the microphone vertical (pointing at the ceiling). Make sure you use the correct calibration file for the orientation you use. 

There's no clear 'right' orientation to use but Dirac recommend having the microphone pointing at the ceiling.
