Hello,

I've posted about this before.

I am sometimes having a very annoying problem that I cannot fix.

The SHD streamer suddenly cuts off after 30 seconds of a track and then does the same with all the tracks on an album.

I have tried fixing this by clearing history on my laptop and rebooting the SHD. However, it doesn't fix the problem.

What makes this problem all the stranger is that once there is a problem with a certain album, it can't be fixed but other albums play unaffected.

I am using Qobuz.

Thank you.

are you using Volumio, or are you using the SHD as audio device for your laptop?

Hi - this is most probably a limitation of your Qobuz account - not a SHD problem.

probably nice to countercheck/verify using a different client:
try to stream on your PC using the same Qobuz account - the same symptom should show up.

You are right. I tried streaming direct from the Qobuz app. It's qobuz lated. Once an album is afflicted with this 30 second syndrome, it never plays correctly again, even after memory is cleared. I am wondering if a factory reset of the SHD will cure the issue. It is really annoying and what is worse it can show up at any time. There is no apparent reason for it.
